About

A number of art forms have influenced my work, giving me the freedom to play and to explore the essence and energy of different media.

In my conversations with art and nature I discover a deeper connection, with myself, with others, with the environment and with life.

I use a variety of mixed media which includes photographs, drawing, collage, and abstract and nature installations. I particularly enjoy the uncertainty of not-quite-knowing, evoked by the ambiguity of images formed by bringing together different artistic approaches.

In my MA with the Tavistock Institute, I have considered psychoanalytic theories with literature and the arts. I have studied at the Hampstead School of Art and attended many art related courses.

I see creativity as a fundamental and vital expression of being human, part of the life force that motivates us all. I understand creativity as belonging to everyone and being a part of everything.
